Tenancy agreement

We prepare a tenancy agreement on your behalf and explain to the tenant their obligations under that agreement.

Management

Our service does not end with finding a tenant. We will manage the property on your behalf and will deal with the inevitable problems that arise. We can also organise the annual safety checks for gas appliances, and periodic safety checks of electrical appliances.

Rent collection

Our systems are set to enable collection of rent, which will be forwarded to you on a monthly basis.

Inventory

On letting a property we prepare an inventory of all contents and have a regard to their condition. We also keep a record of the internal decoration, so that if there is any damage during the period of the tenancy we have appropriate records available to pursue the matter on your behalf.
