We always confirm advice in writing and if you are satisfied with that advice and our terms, we ask you to sign the letter of engagement.

Property Details
Property particulars should be a reflection of the quality of the property which they represent. We therefore take great trouble in preparing particulars that are accurate but also highlight, either by description or photographs, the best features of your home. When property particulars have been agreed they are professionally printed and circulated to applicants on our mailing list.
Mailing list
By keeping in regular contact with applicants, we know who is currently active and what sort of property they require. This enables us to match your house with those people who may be prospective purchasers.
Internet Marketing
The internet is an increasingly powerful tool for selling your home. Our website generates many enquiries, and we are also members of the main property portals, including Rightmove and Primelocation.
Negotiation
Our objective is to achieve the best price for you. That is why our negotiators are very experienced and understand the art of closing a sale. Sales terms are never without discussing the relevant issues with you beforehand.
Sales Management
When a sale is agreed we will instruct solicitors, who we will then liaise with on a regular basis to ensure that the transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.
Problem Solving
Inevitably with some sales problems will arise. We always try to identify these at the earliest stage as possible, and do everything possible to find solutions.
